Terms and Condition

Contact business with WICKER INDONESIA Furniture is easy and all the terms are work well for years as we done to our customers.

Our minimum order is a 1x20Ft container. Prices are in FOB and quoted in US Dollar or Euro. We will helpful to arrange to find ocean liner and local handling at best quotation.

All the furniture products are made to order only and it’s rare for us to keep them in stock. Production time are vary depend on the quantity, model of the items and our shipment schedule.

Timing will be in between 35-45 days from receipt of L/C or DP. For DP, we need 40% Down Payment sent by bank transfer and 60% balance payment sent when we ship (balance against shipment document).
We will inform you detail when you order.

And make sure you inform us about:

1. The list of each product ordered and send it by email / fax
2. Your shipping address
3. Preferred shipping method

Delivery
Goods will be delivered as stated in proforma invoice. We do our best to speed up the delivery to your satisfaction but are not responsible for any delay caused by third parties.
